Club Scrap Blog Hop: Reunion

Welcome to the last Club Scrap Blog Hop
of 2014. I hope you came over here from
with another of her wonderful ideas.

If you get lost anyware along the road, you can alsways
go to the main list on the Club Scrap Blog.

So here is my entry. This time I was unlucky
with my Club Scrap pizza box to arrive.
Due to the busy time at the post office my box
is still not here, so for my entry I worked with

the digital kit this time. No delivery problems there!!
I made a hybrid project.
As I am a total nitwit with digital stuf,
I just used the images as jpg and printed some papers
and this is the result:
Yes,i want to wish you all a very happy, healthy,
creative and wonderful New Year.May all seasons
bring you all that you wish for yourself in pizzaboxes!

To make these boxes I printed 3 light brown papers
and 3 of the colored papers and also the numbers
of the year ahead of us.
I used these framelits from Stampin'Up! called
Curvey Keepsake box to cut the papers
and the labels.

The I printed this image 4 times on special
shrink plastic for the printer
With pencil I colored ech picture acording to
one of the 4 seasons before shrinking it
with the heat tool.
You are probably wondering about the size:
the print is 3,5"x 2,5" and when it is
shrunk the seize is 1,5"x 1,25".

Here you see them all finished.

On the back i made two of them intoa brooche
and the other two are with magnetic tape.
All of the seasons go into a box.

The labels are stamped with the word happy
with alphabet letters from 2007 Be Still.
The number 2015 I printed on white paper
and used ruby red ink aound the cut out circle
and added the scalloped circle behind it. Blue paper
alsoprinted from the digitalkit.

These boxes are a cute present and also wonderful
for decoration on new years eve.

More inspiration with this kit

Tim Holtz December tag: Firecracker

Here is my December tag of the
12 tags of 2014
inspired by the tag on

I decided to make a tag for the New Year
and for this I used the candle die.
I turned the cndle upside down, painted it
and use a stencil for decoration.
The top I created myself.

For the background I did the same as you can see
on Tim's blog. And the firework stamp is from
Club Scrap. The stars are done with a punch and
here and there i added some sparkle embossing powder.

The sentiment is a digital freebie on the Create with TLC blog
and you can download it HERE.

On top a ribbon with sprayed with brushed pewter
and a dangling snowflake.

It was another wonderful creative year
with all the ideas from Tim Holtz.
I do hope this will go on in 2015
and Tim will keep on inspiring us.

Happy New Year everyone!

Sunday Scrap Page: Snowman

Sorry, Owen again on my scrap page.
He just loves snowmen.

I made this page with
Club Scrap Dungerees papers
Michael Strong winter cameo
Looking through Pinterest I found all these cute ideas
with children's hand and feet printed on paper with paint.

So last year i made a snowman foot print (see below) and
this year I used Owen's hand to make these cute snowmen
fingers. The hat, and face were made with some old SU! stamps
(yes, it is great to hang on to some old stamps, they
might come in handy!).
The sentiment is by Create with TLC.

Last year I made a card out of it,
this year I used it on my scrap page.
Owen was very surprised when I painted his
hand and he saw the impression on the paper.

The cameo's are stamped on dark blue paper and
embossed with white embossing powder.
I have a punch just the right size to punch them
all out. in the middle of the snowflake I added
 a sticky gemstone.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

Have a creative day!

Saturday Card: Snowman

Today i have a winter card for you.
I was inspired by something I found on
Pinterest. I gave it my own twist.

This is the template I used:

The background paper is from Stampin'Up!
Trim the tree designers series paper pack.
as well as the snowman face (old stamps)
and stamps by Michael Strong (coffee cup)
and Hero Arts ( old sentiment).

After cutting the snowman, I stamped the
face(but you can draw this too). Made the
had and cut aflower from some left over cut of paper.
Added a gemstone in the middle. Hands are cut
from black paper and folded over the coffee cup
(stamp by Michael Strong)

Here another option. I found this
digital sentiment as a FREEBIE on
the Create with TLC blog, while
writing this post and just had to make this card.
You can download the free image HERE.

Hope you all are warm and
have a creative day!

More Money Envelopes

Just made some more money envelopes.
This time I used some digital Hanukkah sets

Dreidel, Dreidel Digi Word Art Set

Light, Love, Hanukkah Set 2

The top set is called Dreidel,Dreidel Word art set
and the bottom set is Light, Love,Hanukkah set2

This is how you make the envelope:
Start wit a card of 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch
and score the card at 3 and 6 1/4 inch.

You can use plain paper or decorative paper.

To close the envelope you need a strip of
8 1/4 x 2 inch and fold it around the envelope.

Inside we make the compartment for the money.
For this we use an ordinary envelop.
Lick it and close it!

Now fold it double and cut the sides.
Make sure the half of the  envelope
is 2,75 inch.

Use some double sided tape to fasten the envelope
inside the card.also tape the two sides together inthe middle.

The compartment looks like this. One part for a card
and the other side for the money.

Now we are ready for some decoration.

Print some images for tags inside the envelop
to write your wish.

And here you see the finished front of the
envelope. I printed some images and  used a
circle punch and a scalloped punch tomake
the embellishemnt on the wraparound the envelope.

Also i printed the dreidel music in  line and glued the
strip on top of the envelope.

If you made one,you see it is a 15 minute job to make them!

and have a creative day!
